Pilates with TAAMI by Matteo Ragni at Hotel Villa Flori – TAAMI was created as a tool dedicated to self-care, encouraging people to rediscover the balance between body and mind. Its concept is based on the idea of the boundary as a space of connection between opposing states: stress and calm, movement and meditation. Versatile and adaptable, it supports practices ranging from meditation to physical training, turning every use into a daily ritual of mindfulness. Balance becomes the metaphor for its function: a continuous search for stability through the dialogue between body and mind. In the enchanting setting of Hotel Villa Flori, TAAMI will be the focus of special Pilates sessions, where relaxation and the serene atmosphere of the lake will enhance the wellness experience, offering participants a moment of deep connection with themselves.

Living Archives – In design, the archive is not merely a place of memory but a generative space that creates the future, where ideas, processes, and visions are continually renewed through interpretation, design, and transmission. In this dialogue, the archive emerges as a living organism, capable of inspiring new perspectives, fostering research, and connecting cultural heritage with contemporary imagination. Between preservation and transformation, design heritage becomes living matter, ready to evolve through time.
With Giovanna Castiglioni – Vice President of the Achille Castiglioni Foundation and Professor of Design History and Exhibition Design at the Como Academy; Marco Marzini – Designer, collaborator of the Achille Castiglioni Foundation, and Professor of Exhibition Design at the Como Academy; Giovanni Ottonello – Director of the Aldo Galli Academy of Como.

The Influence of Design and Minimalist Graphics on the Development of Contemporary Design – With Giulio Cappellini and Patrizia Scarzella. Moderated by Paolo Ferrarini. An exploration of how the minimalist movement, in contrast to postmodern culture, has shaped—and continues to shape—the development of contemporary design. The talk traces the roots of minimalist design and graphic design back to the artistic research of A.G. Fronzoni, one of its greatest interpreters and teachers. What are the fundamental principles of this design philosophy, so often oversimplified and reduced to a mere pursuit of formal simplicity?

To Endure – There are encounters in which dialogue between different disciplines expands until it becomes a new territory, where each practice recognizes transformative possibilities in the other. The synergy between forensic science and the visual arts arises within this threshold and inhabits it as a living space of relationships, where expertise, sensitivity, questions, and responsibility nourish one another, generating new ways of seeing, listening, perceiving, and connecting.
With Cristina Cattaneo – Forensic pathologist, forensic anthropologist, and Director of LABANOF-MUSA, University of Milan; Carlotta Cattaneo – Creative Director and Head of the School of Visual Arts at IED Milan.
